- The corporate strategy team reports directly to the CEO and acts as an intermediary between departments (operations, finance, marketing, HR, and Tech) and the CEO's office. Key responsibilities will include - - Be part of a team that works closely with the CEO to develop future growth strategies and futureproof the business - Work on new initiatives, new product ideation, and be on top of Industry trends and competition - Drive company strategies basis deep understanding of the drivers of financial, marketing and operational performance. - Understand the commercial real estate/co-working industry to drive strong supply side strategies. - Analyze company-wide data and craft insights for improving cost efficiency and customer experience and make suggestions. - Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis. - Design, manage, and improve dashboards used by senior management, external partners and investors. - Support various special project assignments
