Role & Responsibilities : Preparing Reports : - Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and assist in preparing MIS and other reports for the centres and the consolidated entity. - Assist in preparing monthly MIS reporting package, which includes financial performance & variance analysis, reports on key operational areas, etc. - Provide support and maintenance to existing Management Information Systems (MIS). Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner. - Ensure the timely preparation and distribution of monthly and Quarterly investors MIS and Board presentations. Budgeting, Forecasting and Planning:- - Preparing Budgets, Forecasts, Business Plans and related Executive Summaries and Analyses. - Assist in Preparing Business Forecast model for the Company (including sensitivity analysis). Due Diligence:- - Independently managing and assisting on the Due Diligence process as and when required and help clearing any bottlenecks with the Accounts and Finance team Cash Flow and Working Capital requirement:- - Analysis of the cash flow, Capex and working capital requirements; comparison with the budget and project the short-term and medium term requirement. - Preparing rolling weekly cash forecasts on a timely basis & liaise with stakeholders. Technical Skills : - Exceptional spreadsheet (Excel and Google Sheet) skills - Advanced MS ppt skills - Ability to quickly develop effective understanding of logical accounting data structures and data inter-relationships to effectively evaluate and make recommendations on process/system controls and reporting - Work on Business Intelligence and other tools, as suggested by the Company - In-depth, detailed understanding of accounting concepts.
