- Will lead the Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations for Entire south zone(Karnataka, AP, Telangana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu) for a leading life insurance company.

- Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, like compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations
