Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage P&L of wellness business of the company
- Product Development - For corporate plans as well as retail
- Proposition development & sales support for wellness business
- Manage stakeholders like Sales, Network as well as back end team
Expected profile :
- MBA/Medical graduate with 5-8 years experience in Healthcare of Health Insurance
- Ability to build a scalable plan
- Prior experience in wellness business or Hospital Network management will be preferred
- Strong Team management skills
