Role Purpose

Being part of the RBWM Analytics team, the candidate will be responsible for the development of integrated marketing strategies by customer segment, product category, and/or channel within RBWM portfolio across multiple group markets. Typical activities vary from marketing planning functions, customer segmentation & targeting, product offering and tracking and evaluation of marketing programs for liabilities and assets portfolios.

The work would primarily involve the use of customer data and application of statistical tools and techniques to achieve following :

- Developing inferences and insights around customer behaviour and profitable growth scenarios

- Design and develop marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle from acquisition to attrition management including customer contact management strategies

- Monitor portfolio profitability & other key performance indicators in order to recommend strategies that align with business objectives for profitable growth

Candidate description :

- 8 + years of proven analytics expertise involving complex high end analytical projects in marketing sphere

- Master's degree in mathematics/ statistics/ economics or BTech/ BE/ MBA or equivalent experience

- Proven capabilities on leading complex SAS based analytical projects

- Proven capabilities in Business Partner relationship management skills at senior levels

- Proven leadership traits & people management skills

- Experience in partnering with multiple country contacts in Analytics/ business

- Exposure to multiple Business regions preferred

- Exposure to Wealth Management & Insurance related products/ analytics preferred

- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint

- Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams and strong interpersonal skills

- Proven ability in SAS based projects

- Aility to quickly derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources
