Role Title : AVP/VP -Sales ( Vertical Head ) Location: Mumbai Role Reports to : National Sales &amp; Marketing Head Direct Reportees : Regional Sales Head . Branch Head Experience : 20 years experience, and out of that minimum 15 years in leadership role, exposure to channel sales, key account management and leading and building a high performance team Qualification: B.Tech + MBA. Age : 42- 47 CTC : 55.00 L to 65.00 L Job Purpose : - To manage sales of the Brand, products and services on Pan India basis. - To meet &amp; exceed sales goals by growing revenues through existing &amp; new accounts. - To ensure achievement of business plan with profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, channel management, demand generation, deployment and management of sales team. Be a team player &amp; independently contribute by managing &amp; growing existing &amp; new channel network through display, branding &amp; demand servicing. - To be a consultative strategic sales partner with an expert level understanding of capabilities &amp; value propositions. Responsibilities : - Responsible for Achievement of Sales &amp; Collection targets of Brand Vertical through a team of SHs. - Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel. - Ensure a healthy network through appointment of Stockiest / retailers Pan India. - Monitoring Stockiest' performance and implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets. - Ensure Profitable Sales which are in line with the target gross margin/prices of the company. - Ensure compliance to the credit control policy of the company and ensure debtors number of days does not increase and reduce overdue outstanding/bad debts. - Lead the marketing activities including new product development, marketing communication, displays at stockiest, retailers, exhibitions, sales promotions, brand strategy etc. - Strategize and plan the Channel &amp; Project Sales and make improvements in the sales process management and forecasting. - Conduct regular meeting with Key Architects and Specifiers, Stockiest, and project customers and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy. - Ensuring all approvals related to consultants and other Government authorized bodies are made in a proper and timely manner. - Coordinate, prepare and launch new products Pan India. - Responsible for counter staff training, display audits / corrective measures &amp; branding activities at Stockiest &amp; Retailers. - Coordinate with Plant logistics, administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely execution of orders and smooth operations. - Resolve customer/Stockiest complaints and any internal issues pertaining to co-ordination with Logistics/Supply Chain. - Evaluate performance of sales staff.
