- The success of this function will depend on your ability to bring the correct measurement of the impact of all marketing initiatives on the overall business in a manner that it becomes an integral part of "how we work" in the service of positively impacting consumer experience , optimising the user journey and improving consumer lifetime value.
- Complete responsibility for turnkey delivery of solutions( that help decision making to solve business questions) that require synthesizing data, findings and insights from a variety of quantitative sources and working with the relevant stakeholders to understand and incorporate their qualitative insights and strategies.
- Ability to design and set up reports that give us a regular stream of data insights that can impact business decisions.
- Manage the distribution and presentation of marketing reports and status to executive stakeholders.
- Consolidating key metrics across platforms to create and track the marketing funnel
- Oversee customer lifecycle to identify valuable consumers and opportunities and support in the development of marketing strategies
- Monitor effectiveness & efficacy of Loyalty program initiatives
- Provide support in measurement and analysis of precision media campaigns
- Understand the business requirements and build/ deploy relevant tools that address the evolving and growing needs of the business
Skills :
- Someone who is excited by the challenge of doing things not done before in finding creative solutions to business questions or problems by marrying different data points.
- A 'first principles' thinker and creative problem solver who has the ability to see, think, apply and do beyond the obvious formulaic ways and models in solving a business problem.
- High intrinsic motivation, curiosity and a self starter with an ability to take on multiple and complex tasks with ease are key attributes to succeed in a dynamic and galloping environment like Company.
- The right balance between a high degree of listening and ability to hold their own and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build new hypotheses independently to track changes in customer behaviour as the business' strategy evolves.
- Ability to look at all data through a consumer lens and identify trends and opportunities.
- Ability to learn and liaise with the Company Business Intelligence team to understand processes and find synergies.
- Ability to work well with people of diverse backgrounds and personalities
- An execution mindset, willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty with a deep attention to detail.
