AVP/VP - Trade & Supply Chain Finance - Platform Implementation (10-14 yrs)
This role is mandated to develop and put in place our systems & processes to ensure that end to end flow of transactions happen between the lenders, the platform, and the channel partners/anchors in a completely digital mode.
Key responsibilities
- Build a world class dedicated team which is aligned with the overall objectives & vision of our platform business
- Ensure smooth running of the SCF platform with participation from various stake holders.
- Document the operational functionalities in detail in the form of Process notes and flows to make it standardised for lenders, anchors and channel partners
- Prepare the system manuals for transaction processing and flow manuals for vendors/dealers, anchors and lenders
- Ensure workflow across the platform, lenders & anchor partners is smooth, leading to reduced timelines on transaction processing and achieving high throughput.
- System integrations with all counterparties to ensure -
- Transactions processing, settlements
- Exception monitoring & closures
- Automation of information flow with all counterparties
Desired Skills and Experience
- Possess 10-12 years of relevant experience in cash management services, digital payments, collections solutions, digital banking, escrows, nodal accounts etc
- Intense negotiation and collaboration skills working with technology teams, banks, corporates etc.
- Extensive exposure in on-boarding large corporates on channels like H2H, API etc
- Prior experience banks, NBFCs or Fintechs would be mandatory
