JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Handling the Private wealth team and Financial Advisory team.

- Will be responsible for the private wealth team and assigned branches.

- Execute business plans for the private Wealth Management segment.

- Drive the continuous improvement of sales processes constantly making them more customer friendly and efficient.

- Hire and train associates with a focus on offering multi products.

- Drive and monitor sales through the team. Motivating the team through regular front line contact.
