AVP/VP - Sales Strategy - Telecom - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to aid respective business heads in achieving their sales target
- Analyse the performance of the existing sales force
- Create strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
- Own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
- Understand the competitive landscape and analyse market trends
- Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technology, process and current partnerships
- Implement national sales program by developing and designing field action plans
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target for regions and territories
- Analyse data and ensure all reports, analytics and other insight is provided to the sales organization
- Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs
