- Design, develop and implement the sales strategies in line with the Company's Business Plan
- Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors on a regular basis and work out appropriate strategies to tackle competition.
- Finalizing Sales plan and Sales targets for the Business and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Monitoring sales leads through queries received on the website, customer referrals, channel, etc. and ensure conversion of leads into sales.
- Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing roadshows and other sales promotional activities. Evaluate new channels of communication, invest in building relationships, and maintain productivity.
- Interfacing with channel partners / IPCs on a regular basis, updating them on Sales plans and ensuring their effective engagement
- Engaging with the customers through periodical events, sharing updates with them on regular basis, resolving their grievances & generate further leads through them.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Sales/Marketing
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Sales preferably in Luxury Real Estate residential sales
- Lifestyle products/services selling experience to HNIs / UHNIs.
- Excellent communication skills/presentation skills
