Job Role: Grow and support in driving Mumbai (MMR) market to start with to the optimum penetration and revenue levels across Capital raising through Debt, Mezzanine and equity advisory, sale of core assets as a premium Investment Banking team. (A Hunter who can originate the deal)
Key Targets/ Responsibility:
- Achieving Penetration of the Sell Side Clients of the Cities as per SLAs
- Optimum Staffing to be achieved and retained
- Ensure that each revenue generator from City head downwards attains the weekly 5 meetings target
- Winning Key Mandates and Leading by Example
- Managing any outstanding Receivables
- Overall responsibility of Deal Deliverables
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent business development, sales, negotiation and client relationship management at senior level (at AVP/AV level) with team management experience.
- Generating big size deals/business.
- Expertise in BD/ Origination/ Sales rather then Execution
- Demonstrated Deal Sheet/ Strong Experience in fund raising, M&A, Real estate, Large Sales, etc.
- Investor preference and requirements
- Strong Sell Side Relationships Strong sales and Business Development Skills
- Strong Client and People/Team Management Skills
- Excellent Relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Real Estate PE funds pref.
