AVP/VP - Risk Analytics - Secured & Unsecured Loans - Banking (10-15 yrs)
Looking for AVP / VP - Analytics (Secured/Unsecured), MNC Organisation, Delhi/Mumbai
- Lead the team to deliver concrete analytical solutions to existing/new business problems using a combination of business understanding as well as robust statistical tools
- Monitor and track strategies/solutions at regular intervals and propose appropriate modifications from time to time.
- Work in a cross-functional, multi-geography team, effectively sharing knowledge and ideas; work with different business partners to create a collaborative work environment of learning as well as efficient execution
- Strong communication skills, strong stakeholder management, coupled with the ability to be an effective team player, would be critical to this role.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in analytics or consumer lending/ retail banking; mortgage banking/ risk experience is a plus.
- Managerial experience in leading teams with a track record of increasing responsibilities.
- Master's degree in relevant technical or quantitative fields (e.g., Mathematics, Finance, Business, Physics, Statistics, Operations Research and Economics), or Bachelor's degree in relevant technical/ quantitative fields with relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - have the ability to present information confidently in a crisp and easily understandable way.
- Ability to develop, recommend, and implement financial risk strategies based on well researched facts and analytics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a desire to oversee the development of analysts on the team.
