AVP/VP - Retail Leasing - Facility Management Firm

- Should have retail leasing / sales experience in large format outlet or malls. Experience in leasing administration process with knowledge of brand/product category mix

- Formulate leasing strategy and leasing plan based on market intelligence.

- Formulate the brand/ product category mix based on target customer segment, market positioning and lay-out Finalize the mall occupancy target to be achieved for revenue maximization and plan for optimum vacant space for premium leasing.

- Resolve the retailers- queries and drive closure of deals

- Oversee the process of lease administration and renewal of contracts.

- Oversee the timely completion of formalities, obtaining of license/ permissions, fit-outs and operationalization of stores for the brands.
