AVP/VP - Regulatory Reporting - BFSI

- Person should have 12-18 years experience

- Incumbent should be a CA/ICWA

- Should have worked in large PSU/Private Banks for most of his career

- Thourough knowledge of RBI Regulations and Reporting Guidelines

- Good Understanding of Financials of BFSI companies such as banks

- Should have managed teams of at least 3-5 people in his earlier positions for at least 2-3 years.

- This would be a supervisory & control position.

- It would involve overseeing preparation of returns to establish adequate maker / checker controls

- Adequacy of information dissemination of new changes/circulars

- Close coordination with the Compliance Function

- Project Managing Automation Projects including ADF Implementation

- Ensuring automated solutions are updated appropriately to cope with regulatory changes

- Implementing training from time to time

- Ensuring accuracy by appropriate adoption of technology and robust processes

- Motivate and lead the team

- Set SMART goals for the team to sustain and enhance employee productivity

Required Skills/Knowledge:

co-ordination with RBI supervisory team ( pertaining to Finance ) and allied activities detailed below:

1. In charge of all returns to RBI pertaining to Finance such as

- DSB- OSMOS RETURNS - ASSET LAIBILITY /EARNINGS/ BALANCE SHEET/ P and L/FSI ETC

- DSB - OSMOS RETURNS - LIQUIDITY / LR

- DSB - OSMOS RETURNS - CPR/ROS etc

- DSB - OSMOS RETURNS - RCA - Capital Adequacy / Leverage Ratio

- DSB - OSMOS RETURNS - IBU (foreign branch)

- LCR / NFSR returns

- BSR/ IBS returns

- FORMA/SFR/FORM8/FORM 10 / FCY borrowing etc

- All other adhoc and other returns from RBI

- Quaterly RBS data ( supervisory) pertaining to finance

- Overall OSMOS returns validation including credit returns

2. Handling RBI inspection for areas pertaining to Financial control and any requirements of RBI supervision team under RBI supervisory framework

3. Involved in preparation of the following :

- Monthly Capital Adequacy/Basel Disclosures

- Daily LCR

- Daily LR

- Daily NFSR

- Review intimation of CRR / SLR Maintaince and co-ordination with the relevant teams
