AVP/ VP - Regulatory Reporting - Bank

Job Title: AVP/ VP - Regulatory Reporting (ONLY FEMALES) for a leading global bank in Mumbai

Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of submissions of B/S, P/L, Contingents, Advances Schedule, Investment Schedules, Liquidity Statement, Interest Rate Sensitivity Statement for regulators

- Oversight of regulatory liquidity/capital metrics e.g. LCR/ NSFR/ CAR, etc.

- Preparation of Liquidity Journals, recons and analysis for Liquidity reporting.

- Annexure 4 / Form PF/ Fed 5G reporting (increased specifities on LCR, increased reporting frequency of t+2 etc)

- Preparation of Regulatory Returns to the regulator and demonstrate understanding of all manual adjustments posted to the regulatory returns

- Managing CCAR Submission and data quality reviews. Working on sign off packs for PRA and CFO providing high level analysis on key movements, variance analysis, commentaries, policy updates etc.

- Prepare Manual Journal analysis (FFIEC 102, FFIEC 101, FRY15, FR Y9C, 14Q, 14M, FFIEC 009, FR 2436) and Peer analysis (for Pillar 3, FFIEC 101 & OTC Notional)

- Calculation of RWA etc. as required

- Perform reconciliations to across Reg filings (e.g. FR Y9C, 14Q, FFIEC 101) to ensure data accuracy/consistency

- Manage projects related to regulatory change, internal change and efficiency/ automation/improvement

- Manage Business continuity planning/ training

Requirements:

- 8- 16 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry (Financial Control, Product Control, Treasury or Funding)

- Strong accounting knowledge with experience in Book closure and finalizing accounts.

- Understanding of financial products product knowledge including derivatives, equities and debt securities.

- Understanding of GAAP & IFRS accounting standards

- Understanding of regulatory framework, practices, Basel Framework, regulatory reporting

- Strong leadership skills
