AVP/VP - Product Manager - Equity & Commodity

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

- Critical thinker with a proven ability to troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations to management and peers.

- Oversee the life cycle of product development and ensure all work is completed on time, on budget and to specification.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

- Deliver Market Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

- Drive product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Product Development and Management function of technology oriented finance domain in Equity and/or Commodity Trading.

- Graduate with specialization in business or related field or an MBA.

- PMP Certification and/or deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of MSSQL and MYSQL will be a plus.

- Certifications courses in MS Office Utility, Data Science, BI Tools and Soft-Skills will be an added advantage.
