Experience working on Payment Gateway product is necessary Expectations/Requirements: - Define the product roadmap for Payment/Payment Gateway (offline/online) - Ability to work with large set of business stakeholders - Prioritize roadmap and communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders - Ability to break down 6 month roadmap into monthly sprints based on business needs - Ability to measure and improve key metrics from initiatives that have been launched. - Should have worked with a large tech team/multiple tech teams. - Ability to build and lead large product teams Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: - Should have minimum 10+ years of Product Management experience - B.Tech/B.E in computer science or equivalent experience from top colleges. - Should have worked in top fintechs/banks/eCommerce payment roles. - Must have extensive payments product experience and ability to work with data to drive innovations. - Should have high-level understanding of how tech systems work. - Good to have understanding of the regulatory environment in Indian context. - Must have very strong ownership and bias for action.
