AVP/VP - Product Change Transformation - Investment Bank

Our client, a global investment banking leader, is actively seeking an experienced individual to lead their Asset & Wealth management product team transformation. As a leader of the team, he/she will work closely with the business subject matter experts in determining and getting due diligence in place before the product launch. It is an individual contributor role, reporting to the business.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- As a leader for the change transformation, the person will collaborate with the product owner team to determine the drivers for the product in the entire trade life cycle.

- In the process, the incumbent will be actively working alongside the technology team, having analytical mindset he would be the one to design & oversea the entire product content documentations while keeping in mind the convention standards.

- Oversea a team of authors while communicating the product strategy along with different lines of business.

- Proof check the content, carry out testing and collaborate with various business team to create awareness of the product and increase the market visibility of the same at different forums.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Experience in managing new product launches or as product owners in asset & wealth management business and its systems & tools.

- Should have 8+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree either in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics along with Management degree preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and business transformation skills with agile mindset

- The ability to priorities and manage multiple and competing deadlines

- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Tableau, Signavio, Agile, Xceptor, Alteryx
