JOB DESCRIPTION  COMPANY: Leading Publishing Company  Function: Operations Location: NOIDA   Job Title: AVP / VP - Operations  Reports to (Title): Executive Director  Job Summary:  - Provide Leadership to the senior managers in across the locations   - Ensuring Customer Satisfaction / strong Client engagement   - Manage Cross functional teams effectively and efficiently  - Resource optimization  - Managing P & L for each accounts  - Responsible for end-to end product deliverable  - Co-ordinate with HR, IT, Admin, Technology and support team for smooth running of operational activities to align operational Goals.  - Project and Resource Planning on a daily basis as per project requirements.  - Vendor Management if required   - Project Planning and resource allocation with help from the Production Department  - Communicating with publishers, authors, freelancers, and in-house teams  - Managing Schedules  - Managing the project budget  - Co-ordinating with different stakeholders involved in the project.  - Reviewing the quality of work before sending to the publisher  - Identify Risk and Contingency plan to manage the risk  - Flexible for transfer to any locations of organisation   Job Specification  Responsible for managing all accounts from all aspects with focus on schedule, communication, cost and quality. Complete ownership and responsibility for the projects and ensuring quality in all aspects of the project management.  Work Experience  10 - 15 Years
