AVP/VP - Manufacturing Transformation Leader (15-20 yrs)
Purpose
Digital transformation lead will be expected to drive AI, ML, Data science and Engineering usage in all functions, taking the digital footprint to a benchmark level
Reporting :Group CDO
Qualification & Experience
- A bachelor degree in manufacturing field & master degree in business administration or related field.
- Additional education in information and technology discipline is desirable.
- 15+ or more years of business experience, ideally 10 years of relevant exposure in BI and hi-end technology adaptations
- Certified data scientist with hands on experience in various data science tools
- Preferably five or more years of experience in informationally intensive industries or digitally advanced enterprises
- Prior experience of managing data emerging from IIoT deployments, utilizing data points to develop descriptive and predictive solutions
- Strategy and management consulting experience desirable
KRA:
Person will be responsible for Program Management, Process & Culture Transformation & own execution of those programs.
1) PMO Office Agenda Execution
- Help in execution of an entire delivery lifecycle of all projects within the Digital-CoE capability.
- Manage the program budget & business case, functional scope, build quality, deployment schedule and operational readiness for all plants in the delivery scope
- Responsible for business case consulting in partnership with Plants Digital Leads.
2) Process Standardization
- Standardized processes for Digital Organization
- Own adoption of processes across organization
3) Process transformation - Agile Program/Scrum/Lean
- Own & driving the Scrum culture in organization.
- Assure that all the projects follow scrum methodology driven by Digital organization or by vendor ecosystem for Digital teams for a specific plant.
