AVP/VP/Lead - Projects - Core System - Credit Card

I am hiring for Lead Projects Credit card core system for a leading bank in Mumbai location.

Role & Responsibilities

The role entails for driving the programs on Credit Card core application [PRIME] and support the downstream and upstream impacted systems / processes. The role will closely collaborate with the Business, Technology, Operations and critical Risk Management functions. This rols collaborate with to drive effective customer servicing and deepening.

- 'Experience in managing strategic projects in Cards core applications such as TSYS PRIME, VisionPLUS etc.,

- Work closely with Business leads to support credit card business strategies and product development / implementation.

- Drive projects and enhancements in the card core system.

- Prioritization and planning of all projects as per business need

- Lead the team and act as a business enabler

- Understand the strategic, tactical and operational needs of the Business in terms of new product launches / changes in existing product proposition

- Responsible for partner evaluation, requirement gathering, solution design and implementation of right solutions considering internal and external compliance.

- Interface with Card schemes / networks; Managing integration projects with Card Platforms & Networks

- Ensure Upstream and Downstream Impact is assessed with regards to existing consumer programs.

- Work closely with IT to ensure application availability and performance as per agreed SLA's

- Review and sign off all project artifacts such as Business Requirement documents / Design documents and test results
