AVP/VP - Investment Banking - Industrial/Manufacturing Sector

We have an opening for the position of AVP/VP- Investment Banking- Industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Location : Mumbai.

Job Description :

The candidate is expected to play a key role in execution and origination of Investment Banking transactions. He / She will be primarily responsible for execution of mandates in Industrial and manufacturing sectors and simultaneously play a key role in origination of new mandates / ideas and handle a team under Industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities -

- Industry mapping and assistance in deal origination including preparation of pitch documents

- Liaisoning with clients and preparation of transaction collaterals

- Regular dealing with clients and investors

- Liaisoning with Relationship Managers and cover Client Relations in the relevant sectors.

Requirements :

- 5-10 years of work experience in Investment Banking preferably in Industrial and manufacturing sectors

- Expert in financial modelling and valuations

- Experience of handling M&A / PE mandates

- MBA from top business school / CA with an excellent academic track-record.
