Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc
- Lead the current people success team and take direct ownership of strategic projects
- Working hand in hand with founding team to develop strategies / process to retain the culture of the company as we scale
- Create an inspiring learning environment and a rewarding performance driven culture
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Oversee all People Success initiatives, systems and tactics
- Supervise the work of people success team personnel and provide guidance
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience as HR Leader or Middle management with an overall 6 - 12 years of experience
- Ideal candidate should have a mix of experience across established companies and startups
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
