AVP/VP - Human Resource - Aviation/Construction/Chemicals Business - IIM/TISS/ISB/XLRI

Basic requirements:

Relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations. 

- Dynamic, motivated, flexible and result-oriented personality with the ability to perform under pressure

- The person has worked with Consulting firm would be added advantage

- MBA/PGDM from premier institutions such as XLs, IIMs TISS, ISB (2004 till 2009 ONLY)

- In depth experience of Talent Engagement, People Transformation and Organization Change practices.

- Drive & own Workforce Planning for business units

- Execute career pathing & succession planning frameworks and systems

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
