We have opening in one of our leading Banking client in Bangalore

Role : Individual contributor role

Qualification : MBA - HR ( Full time )

HR Business Partner ( Equivalent to AVP / VP Role)

- As a key member of the HR team, this role is responsible for delivering relevant HR strategy for the business through the provision of strategic HR consulting services and support on a range of HR activities and programs that will support the business strategy and ensure business success. This role carries multiple business responsibility such as developing business plans as required for specific HR interventions, managing HR activity ensuring costs are within budget and influencing the professional management of indirect HR costs (such as turnover, leave liability).

- Focus is on minimizing high cost of risks such as off-shoring, exits. You will partner with the businesses through the provision and leadership of strategic, business-focused HR consulting support including coaching, leadership and team development, and change management. The role will also present opportunities to represent HR at Steering Committees and deliver HR aspects of top priority projects. Driving a culture of out performance across the business, focused around the one of our client values will be key areas of the role.

Qualifications:

- An experienced Human Resources professional, tertiary qualified and with a minimum of 10 years experience

- Strong demonstrated skills in Collaboration and influencing at senior management level

- Excellent communication skills and business acumen

- Skilled and effective change agent,

- Strategic orientation

- Comfort with ambiguity - ability to drive results autonomously
