AVP/VP/Head - Sales - FMCG (18-22 yrs)

Looking for people who have Experience in FMCG- consumer goods, Food ingredients, Hot Beverages, Cold Beverages industry Only

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop sales plans, strategies, policies, and effective implementation of the same to ensure the achievement of the sales plans targets.

2. Increase/sustain sales, market share and profitability through smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors, and stockiest/super stockiest.

3. Scan& Monitoring (Market Intelligence) the market environment to understand competitors' activities, demand-supply scenarios, pricing patterns and regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.

4. Recruit, Develop & Retain quality workforce in the Sales Team. Train & Motivate team members to sell more and achieve the predetermined SKU wise Targets.

5. Enhance Modern Trade and Institutional Sales through specific Initiatives/Sales Strategies and Retail strategy.

6. Stock Analysis and Depo coordination to ensure stock movement/availability and to ensure timely replenishment of SKUs in the market.

7. Regular and timely Monitoring of Sales force to enable the Team to meet the monthly goals.

8. Establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives, including local sales promotion activities in consultation with the marketing team, to meet sales targets.

9. Ensure Timely Receipt of Payments by managing the complete sales cycle from business development with distributor/channel partners and customer acquisition.

Qualification:

(a) Basic Degree MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing from I / II Tire Institutes.

(c) Linguistic Skills Should be Fluent in English, Hindi & South Indian Languages

(d) Experience (Minimum & Maximum)

- Minimum 18 to 25 Years of experience in handling FMCG categories/ brands in Tire I or II Hot Beverages Companies.

- 5 Years of experience in the same profile in the same category of products.

(e) Nativity Preference if any. Candidates preferably from South India

Knowledge - Functional :

1. Ability to apply basic sales and marketing concepts in developing plans.

2. Ability to brief, evaluate and execute creative concepts

Key Skill Sets:

1. Decisive & e- ective problem-solving ability. Sound analytical skills; both qualitative quantitative. Detail orientation with the strong hive for details

2. Planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns including the appointments distributors/stockiest/channel partners at PAN India level to achieve sales targets.

3. Maintain good relationships with distributors/channel partners.

Hiring Leads :

- Candidates should be from any FMCG COMPANIES of regional/national brands of repute.

- 5 Years of experience in the same profile in the same category of products.

- Candidates who have entered laterally to the Leader position from the premier institutes.

- Pedigree and Consistency are very important factors.

- Immediate Market Scope: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Odisha. (PAN India Experience is required for the next level expansion).
