- Experience - Over 10+ years.

Job Description :

- Work seamlessly with the Sales team onshore/offshore to create both proactive and reactive solutions

- Hold the entire solution end to end to meet client expectation and basis the ask of the RFP/RFI

- Work with internal teams Admin, IT, Procurement, Transitions, Delivery, Pricing & HR to create a winning proposition

- Participate in pre-bid meetings, solution defence and client pitches to ensure our positioning is done correctly

- Create collaterals and marketing material on latest trends and our capabilities around the same for running campaigns on our social media platforms

- Clear understanding of the contact centre world and new age technologies

- Leverage existing tools and technology solutions to create a winning proposition for client and us

- Work closely with the pricing team to create TBP (Transaction Based Pricing), Time & Motion, Gain share models, etc.

- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the overall solution is aligned with their expectations and client ask

- Excellent Word and PPT skills to create presentations with clear and crisp messaging

- Showcase sales pipeline and maintain records for internal consumption

- Perform Win / Loss analysis and share it with internal stakeholders

- Perform channel analysis and drive insights about the clients landscape for whom we will be bidding

- Create solution document (Word, PPT, Excel) and ensure timelines are met basis RFP ask

- Enhance existing collaterals and ensure they are constantly updated basis market trends and best in class

- Run internal cadence to ensure all departments participate in internal calls to stitch the overall solution, also track closure of various to-do items basis assigned task

- Circulate overall MOM, create strawman & RASCI with all stakeholders

Desired Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Excellent at creating Word documents, PPT's and excel

- Good team player and someone who is able to work independently as well

- Proposal /RFP Estimation Methodologies

- Understanding of transformation and technology stack specific to contact centre industry

- 10+ years of contact centre experience

Qualifications :

- Have completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university. MBA (Marketing/Sales) from a premium B school will be added advantage.

- Is highly motivated, organised, positive and team-focused.
