AVP/VP/ eComm Head (Dir of Engineering) - Tech Loyalty Management Practice

Qualification, Skills & Experience-

- Overall 12+ experience in the industry with a minimum 5 years+ of experience covering leading technology for either a large accounts, ecommerce or a set of multiple projects.

- Qualification : Post Graduate / BTech / BE from reputed Technology Institutions from India or aboard preferable (Computer Science specialization,

- Extensive knowledge in developing applications in web Java /J2ee, High transaction, secure, Open source technology domains

- Experience at customer site as onsite PMO/ Business Analyst CEM/ account manager / Sr .delivery manager or experience as Technology Practice Head / Delivery Head for banking / high transaction system.

- Experience of managing multiple customers across geographies (APEC / EMEA)

- Fixed Price project management, with SLA based delivery

- Multi vendor / SI Program management experience

- Offshore DM experience (should have handled a large enterprise accounts or multiple small and medium sized accounts)

- Well-versed with quality management processes

- Any leadership initiatives assumed Corporate level or at any SBU/vertical/functional level, with a proven success

- Good Networking across the banking Industry would be plus

- Proven people leadership

- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non- technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The role will require the candidate to be hands-on lead Support / Delivery / Business Analyst / Program Management / PMO in running the Implementation delivery, support and operations and work with core platform and library architecture team, customise, build, testing, deployment with an aim to meet and excel the customer needs, as well as, internal needs, such as working closely with the Sr. leadership team and achieve operational parameters.

- Has to work closely & collaborate with Developer, QA, Global Account Managers in a collaborative manner to grow the business cutting across various Industry verticals and Strategic Business Units & Customer Units and ensure the delivery function runs successfully as a self-contained vertical.

- Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customer, as well as in ensuring the delivery of services for customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts that fall under the vertical.

- Conceive, assess and develop the technology vision for the ecommerce / Loyalty Management product vertical.

- Solutioning, productization and develop the Cloud / SAAS / Platform technology for the Loyalty Management product vertical.

- Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight

- Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies, change management and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate

- Responsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the horizontal.

- The role would also need to closely work Engineering, QA, Global Account Managers in presales, business development, competency building and complete responsibility & ownership for Delivery excellence in the respective Technology practice area.
