AVP/VP - FP&A Transformation - BPO/ITeS

Responsibilities:

- Strategic thinking and futuristic thinking around Controllership and FP&A - how the world of Finance is changing and with it how the role of CFOs and Finance teams are evolving

- Work closely with clients to understand their key concerns and shaping the Innovation roadmap Leading the Innovation agenda for clients

- Deliver and execute on Innovation roadmap working with various capabilities

- Lead various aspects of Innovation journey and the assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients

- Strategic thinking and development of new solutions and products

- Lead client visits across various Innovation centers

- Lead project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external

- Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices and maturity

- Lead the team of experienced resources and direct/guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines

- Conceptualization and implementation of AI analytics product and solutions to drive innovation in client processes
