Finance Transformation: AVP and VP

Our client is leading financial multinationals are planning to expand their finance transformation team at South India. They are hiring at AVP and VP levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Actively drive finance transformations under cost reporting, planning management reporting, stress testing and F&A processes

- Identify opportunities for improvement, develop the conversation, identify areas of improvement

- Should work as SME in the entire transformation process, will be responsible to manage a small team of process experts

- Working closely with BA team

- Having an interaction with stakeholders for decision making

- Focusing upon continuous improvement areas of the finance division

- Being responsible for designing programs, workshop management

- Be functional support to the technology team

- Test and manage control frameworks

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum 7 years of experience and 4 years of relevant finance transformation experience for AVP

- Minimum 12 years of experience and core 7 years of relevant finance transformation experience for VP

- Lean six sigma: black belt preferred

- Must have: Finance technology background

- Knowledge of finance process, system, and technologies.

- Able to work independently, with the greater team in mind and under pressure

- Master's degree preferred

- Should be open to relocate
