AVP/VP - Finance & Accounts Lead - BPO

Urgent Opening For a Profile of Finance & Accounts Lead (AVP/VP).

Location - Pune

Specification:

Qualification - Essential - CA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ICWA or MBA Finance & Accounting from a reputed B-school

Experience:

Work Experience

- US Visa is a must

- Overall 12+ years of BPO experience with 4+ years of experience in a Senior Leadership role.

- Experience in Financial statement spreading (financial analysis) is a must.

- Experience in team management, people management & Client Management.

- Exposure to Industry Audits and Compliance

- Should have good exposure on the various sub domains in Finance & Account.

Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to

- Exposure to the sales cycle of the F&A deals, collaborating with the BD resource as the subject matter expert is a must.

- Develop metrics to measure growth & performance of the vertical and various processes.

- Interface with US based managers on production, quality & security guidelines. Ability to communicate well with US counterparts in virtual environment.

- Needs to work closely with client to proactively understand business needs and solutions to anticipated issues.

- Proactively identify gaps, report on quality trends, makes recommendations for improving and enhancing the existing framework / process by demonstrating Thought Leadership.

Skills & Other competencies

- Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work

- Excellent managerial skills in SLA compliance

- Good problem solving and Excellent Analytical skills

- Excellent English comprehension skills & written skills

- Sound working knowledge of MS Office applications [Excel, Word, Visio, PPT]
