AVP/VP - F&A Consulting - CA/CPA - BPO (10-18 yrs)
Role Description :
- The incumbent will work as a Subject Matter Expert and lead F&A solutioning and client-specific discussions.
- Being a domain and industry expert, he will actively engage with CEO, CFO, Global controllers of Fortune 500 companies to understand their pain areas and help design solution.
- The incumbent would engage and execute on client engagements starting from the pre-sales stage, through process transition and transformation till the process has been stabilized.
- Job will involve short term frequent travel (Both domestic and international).
Must Haves :
- Qualified CA/CPA with 10+ years of experience in Finance domain (accounting, financial reporting, FPNA) with Fortune 500 companies.
- Must have handled global stakeholders (CXO level and above)
- Deep F&A domain knowledge and excellent solutioning mindset
- Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills
- Should be comfortable with short term frequent travel (Both domestic and international).
