Where do you come into the picture?

- The role puts the incumbent in the driver's seat of building transformational products with unprecedented capabilities - all with a mission to re-envision the global financial infrastructure.

- You will be expected to bring in technology innovation, lead new and existing product development, delivering high quality results. You would be in the centre of engineering action, working with and guiding young developers to create scalable technology solutions to solve the complex problems presented by the global payments landscape. You will drive key decision making in the technology landscape of organization as well as problem solving in core areas of architecture design and development.

- You will also need to be a role model to the engineering team of what makes a good engineer great.

What would a day in your life look like?

- You would be responsible for Engineering & technology proficiency of organization platforms and products

- You will tackle some of the most challenging problems with high-performance interaction, connected-system integration, and more.

- You would drive timely and successful delivery of the technology solutions.

- You will manage effective functioning and provide ongoing support for other activities related to technology.

- You will play a critical role in developing new product initiatives, enhancements, integrations and enabling better customer service.

- You will actively guide and mentor project managers, developers, architects and quality analysts, driving top-quality engineering culture in all respects.

- You would drive innovative use of engineering processes, tools, infrastructure.

Requirements :

- Engineering graduates from premiere institutes

- Minimum 12+ years IT engineering technology development experience and minimum 3+ years as head of the function for product development or handling large products

- Experience of executing end-to-end projects collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Technically hands on. Must have recent experience on object oriented design of major components, writing or reviewing code.

- Previous experience of Java technologies, frameworks, mean stack & latest technologies.

- Excellent team management skills and leadership qualities, with high level of responsibility and accountability
