AVP/VP - Digital Marketing & Performance - Insurance

 Our client is a large Insurance Organization and this requirement is for their Bangalore office.

They are looking to hire a Head of Digital & Performance Marketing. The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Manage digital endeavors and help the company establish leadership in the category

- Define and execute the company's digital strategy

- Drive Digital Transformation to benefit all stakeholders including Customers, Distributors, and Employees

- Lead the digital brand marketing activities, including SEO, Content Marketing, SEM & Performance Marketing campaigns

- Generate leads for all sales channels using digital channels.

- Work with IT to equip the organization with best possible infrastructure and deliver best in class experience across devices.

- Manage existing portals like website, mobile applications and drive online renewal & service option take ups

- Design and Implement 360 degree integrated digital brand marketing communication for traffic & lead generation

The ideal fit would be a candidate with:

- 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

- 2+ years of experience in an Insurance Organization (MUST)

- Have led teams and strategies in Digital and Performance Marketing

- Have excellent experience in all aspects of online/digital marketing

- Great communication skills

- Be ready to relocate to Bangalore
