AVP/VP - Data & Analytics - KPO (15-20 yrs)
Role : Successfully conceptualize, develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions in a high-performing environment.
- Help leaders accelerate business transformation through effective integration of domain, technology, future-ready strategy, and high-velocity execution.
- Business leadership with a deeper understanding of the business objectives associated with P&L and outcomes expected from data-driven consulting engagements
- Leading the concept design, build, and driving of overall data strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmap for the processes, systems, tools, and capabilities required to be built to drive the data-driven digital roadmap of our customers.
- End-to-end responsible for delivery of all the projects.
- Be able to provide manage and provide leadership to large delivery teams (at least 100 to 200) with revenue and gross margin targets .
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A natural people leader with boundless energy
- Strong knowledge of Delivery Management processes/tools and the know-how to scale them as the organization grows
- Excellent consultative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative - adaptable to work in a fast changing, high learning and sometimes unstructured start-up environment
- 12+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, building, scaling and managing delivery operations
