AVP/VP - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis - Healthcare/Telecom/IT (8-12 yrs)

Main Responsibilities:

- Designing and driving the company's Annual, Long Term and Short Term financial and operating plans to drive sales growth, income maximization, and business optimization (formulating strategy, establishing objectives, selecting and planning investments, allocating resources, and improving productivity).

- Reporting, analyzing, and summarizing financial and operational performance results including variance and trend analysis, risks and opportunity assessment, identification and follow up of corrective actions, and driving fact-based business decision-making.

- Lead preparation for board and management meetings at a regular frequency.

- Be the primary interaction point with investors and leading all management and investor data and analysis requests

- Developing ad/hoc analysis to supplement standard reporting to identify business opportunities or diagnose business challenges.

- Lead the Monthly Forecasting process for all the P&L's and Corporate for the business

- Overseeing financial aspects of customer and channel partner programs including pricing, rebate/refund programs, and contract terms to balance financial performance, program consistency, and the unique needs of specific customers.

- Providing analysis and improvement programs on working capital utilization of the company

- Supporting a healthy control environment through partnership with the Controllership team and helping to own the business processes behind the controls. Using expert resources where appropriate.

- Create analytical tools and reports on key metrics to measure field, customer, segment and division performance

- Partners with Marketing to analyse customer acquisition costs, life time value, conversion % and effectiveness of marketing spends

- Responsible for creating and monitoring of processes and procedures, and managing monthly reporting requirements

- Provides support, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis as requested by management or internal customers

- Works extensively with SAP, Microsoft Excel

- This role will have a team of 4. This position will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development to finance associates to achieve business results and prepare associates for future responsibilities.

Work Experience:

- CA / MBA with a minimum of 8-12 years experience with relevant exposure in FP&A at a corporate level

- Incumbent should have current or prior experience of working in industries such as Services, E-Commerce, other B2C outfits

- Previous management experience with responsibility for a planning and control function, with demonstrated leadership success in driving organizations to superior levels of performance, including attracting, retaining and developing high potential talent.

- Creative and decisive problem-solving skills along with an inclusive team orientation.

- A polished professional with the intelligence and verbal communication skills necessary to effectively interact at all levels.

- Exposure to Fund Raising and Due Diligence would be highly preferred
