- 8-12 years experience in handling or heading collections operations in a Fintech, Credit Card, Consumer Finance Company, NBFC or Bank - Proven track record of developing and implementing collection strategies and procedures that reduced the amount of customer delinquencies - Hands on knowledge of high volume collections, credit authorization, call scripting for collection teams, and minimizing collection staff's anxiety about angry or defensive customers. - Experience of handling large collections teams and outsourced collection agencies - High attention to detail and organizational skills to work with other departments of the company such as Technology, Data Analytics and Credit to implement data-driven and digital led collection efforts - High energy, consistent performer, strong references from colleagues and supervisors
