AVP/VP - Business Operations - Digital Marketing/AdTech

Our client is a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. They are currently a 700+ people team, and growing extremely fast to gain more Digital Spends- market share with a mix of technology solutions & strong analytical services.

In pursuit of this, they seek to hire talented AVP/ VP - Business Operations who'd help business to scale newer heights by delivering strong business performance for our clients and driving business efficiency in the company.

You'd need to be awesome at :

- Business cluster ownership for post-sales business delivery and growth across the client portfolio

- Defining organization construct for rapid scale. Deliver performance and efficiency in the rapidly growing Business Operations team

- Define Digital Strategies, media planning, campaign strategy development and execution

- Closely work with executive leadership and clients to deliver results

- Managing business performance to achieve ultimate client delight

- Manage nurturing and growth for a 30-50 member business operations team

If you are :

- Having 8-12 years of Business Operations Management experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in Technology / Marketing industry

- Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns including PPC, Social, Display, Remarketing and Programmatic in the digital marketing domain

- Highly organized and detail junkie

- Aggressive & can take control

- Love Digital Marketing and everything around it
