Looking for VP/AVP(Business Analyst/Project Management) with leading Investment Bank_Min 6-18 yrs of experience in Global Trade Finance_Bangalore/Hyderabad location.

Designation: AVP_Project Management/Business Analyst (Transformation/Change Management/Process Re-engineering)

Yrs of Exp: 8-18 yrs-Relevant

Strong Trade finance experience, i.e., general/core trade (Letters of Credit, Bank guarantees, export/import bill handling), structured trade (receivable finance, supply chain finance), open accounts, SWIFT, etc (the individual might have gained this experience either from working in banks, operations or on programs/projects)

- Ensures the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are managed as outlined in Business Transformation Frameworks. Identifies and intervenes where there is slippage and variance from plan.

- Strong BA /PM experience

- Strong Change management skills

- Business solutioning mindset

- Good stakeholder management skills
