- Responsible for generating and scaling revenues

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals

- Evangelize the product/services and close deals with brands

- Get more business and pitch to new clients for all the offerings in the company

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- React to any shortfalls against targets and co-ordinate implementation of tactical partnerships/associations to meet the revenue targets

Competencies :

- Knowledge and connects in the Indian youth industry(Must)

- Ability to understand category-specific landscapes and trends

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Ability to establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives

- Identify and associate with different strategic partners to maximize revenue and profits

- Competency and working knowledge of data analytics and converting the data into actionable insights for the customers
