OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

The role is for an Operations Role who will be leading a team of 150-350 FTE with domain skills in credit services and drive client value creation through transformation and growth in business

Role: AVP and VP

Location: Chennai

PROCESSES : Banking, Credit Services, Mortgage / Lending Services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and Grow the Client Relationship

- Provide single point of contact for the client account leadership and the client for the Operations contract

- Accountable for client satisfaction, Referencability and successful external audits

- Drive incremental revenue growth through expansion or renewals of outsourcing work

- Lead a team of 350+ FTE- s

- Noiseless Delivery

- Set and manage outsourcing contract service level agreements, acting as a delivery escalation point around client priorities and issues

- Manage outsourcing change orders, service quality, and recovery plans

- Establish formal routines for delivery account reviews with Client Account Leaders

- Talent Management

- Lead a team of 350+ FTE- s

- Will be responsible for engagement, retention and development of talent

- Manage the operational and financial performance of the Outsourcing contract

- Sponsor the client transformation program and activities to meet service measures and cost savings, if applicable

- Achieve outsourcing contract controllable income targets using the most appropriate principles, levers and tools.

- Improve mobilization and transition costs in conjunction with Service Delivery Operations

Qualification / Domain:

- Full Time MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute or CA/CS/ICWA (Inter) or M.com/B. Com

- Experience - At least 17+ years of Financial/Credit Services industry experience along with team management/operations management

- Other Skills - good communication, storytelling, negotiation skills

- Shift - Should be flexible to work in any
