AVP/VP/Associate Director - Wholesale Banking Credit (7-20 yrs)
1. Assessing and underwriting credit proposals for wholesale banking and investment banking for large & medium corporate.
2. Participate in client meetings and on-site visits for credit assessment of the credit proposals
3. Monitoring credit portfolio underwritten as above and to recommend suitable actions if needed
4. Providing key inputs to the structuring team to formalize the deal structure
5. To support credit placement team for any investor related queries required for investment banking purpose
6. Assess and review pertinent business, industry, financial and other data's essential to credit appraisal activities by applying acquired research and data analytics.
