- Experience in co-lending, co-origination, tie-ups and partnership, treasury and fund raising

- Onboarding and managing strategic partnerships with banks/NBFCs. Reach out to different lending partners for co-lending opportunities to achieve organization's strategic objectives.

- Responsible for business volumes with each partner and ensuring scale up of partnership

- Ensure complete documentation and agreements are in order and timely updations as required

- Responsible for day to day liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations.

- Effectively managing stake holder discussions and a regular connect to drive the initiatives smoothly and create positive synergies.

- Driving integration on all aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Technology and Product

- Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information with management.

- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation and lending agreements are created with the highest level of accuracy.

- Develop business processes to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

- Achieve target as assigned by the organization on monthly basis through business loans.

- Managing Banking relationships and negotiation with banks for rates.

- Fund raising from banks.

- 4Preparation of CMA Data as and when required.
