AVP/Vice President - Talent Acquisition - BPO (12-25 yrs)
Job Description :
- Typically this person will play an interlock role between Organisation and client
- This will be an extensive Client facing role where he / she will be playing more of a consultant type of role
- Primarily look at Account management but they will be working closely with the recruitment delivery team (should have a deep understanding of recruitment process knowledge within the operations world and understand the nuances so he can push back to clients on margins)
- Key role will be to strategize and work with the recruitment delivery team and present this to the clients; speaking in terms of what and how things need to be changed and the way in which they should present the recruitment data to the clients
- Should have some hands on global ATS experience and should have some extensive client relationship management in the past
- Should have some blue collar hiring experience and know the competition landscape very well (more of a consultant kind of role)
- Required to have Worked as a senior account manager etc. in the US talent acquisition market and his / her Client counterpart will be a HR manager (senior managing director) within UPS who would be managing more than 300 locations - 20, 000 people and more as their span size
- It is essential for them to have good communication and negotiation skills
- Okay to look at management consulting kind of roles with recruitment knowledge in the operations world
- Required to be good with numbers and statistics Using tableau or large excel sheets etc. or extensive analytics, reporting and know how to analyze large amounts of data.
- Team Size - IC kind of role but should have some team management experience of around 10-20 people
