AVP/Vice President - Strategy - BFS - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking to hire for AVP/VP-Strategy with one of the top four consulting firms.

Role :

The candidate is expected to apply his/her professional knowledge and expertise to support in strategic business planning activities. We are looking for someone who will work closely with senior executives across the clients to advance strategically important projects and action the communication to key external and internal stakeholders and shareholders.

Key Result Areas :

MBA from Premier B School with strong analytical capabilities, project management & project deployment experience, should be working advisory role with a consulting outfit or a part of strategy team in large Financial services group.

Responsibilities :

- Part of Management Consulting - Financial Services practice: Focused on growth strategy, new business set-up, cost optimization, sales productivity, market entry across Banking, NBFC and Asset Management sector.

- Primarily responsible for growing the Financial Services practice through extensive Business Development activities along with leading delivery on advisory engagements.

- Will be responsible for specific Business Development and Engagement Delivery targets

Essential Skills :

- Develop a set of financial services clients across Banking, NBFC and Payments space

- Strong delivery skills with deep experience and understanding of bank's financials and emerging operating models

- Have worked on or executed engagements in operating model transformation, cost transformation, sales acceleration, customer experience, digital transformation and, emerging technology implementation space

- Domain experience in space of retail liabilities & lending, cards, transaction/ commercial banking and digital channels.

- Develop deep thought leadership content and create winning proposals

- Manage engagement delivery at high client satisfaction levels and identify follow-up opportunities with the same client

- Keen understanding of issues facing the industry and specific clients

Qualifications :

1. MBA from Tier 1/ Premier Institute

2. Prior experience in strategy/ management consulting

3. Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred

No of years of Industry experience- 6+ years of relevant experience
