We are hiring for the Leadership Role - Sales (position for one of our reputed clients at Gurugram. Our client is a young Fintech Company providing Accounting & Compliance Management product for MSME).

Purpose of the Role:

- Responsible for driving and ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly, and annual plan.

- Build and develop the sales team in line with business strategy and targets.

- Own targets and lead by example through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.

- Manage the entire Sales Lifecycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry

- Generate business insights through analysing relevant competitors' data, their offerings and pricing strategies

- Ensure adherence to defined sales processes which may include mapping client expectations, documentation, handover to the Operations team and client servicing team etc.
