- Evaluates schedules, scope, cost and risk associated with research & development programs
- Supports other departments such as manufacturing, technical support and quality by providing scientific guidance and assignment of resources to assist in troubleshooting
- Represents R&D group to other divisions for cross-site collaborations and projects

- Principally a contract manufacturing company, it has successfully marked its presence across the following industry verticals.
Description :
- Lead the R&D activities from concept to launch and thus scale from sample to commercialization
- Responsible for the management of the Quality Management System as well in addition to the R&D
- In additional to nutraceuticals, the R&D leader would be requested to support and provide key insights to the Pharma, Ayurveda and Sports Nutrition team as well
Profile :
- 15-25 years of overall experience in working in Pharmaceutical organisations and would have ideally worked in multiple verticals
- Demonstrates ability to design R&D strategies, influence stakeholders, and drive execution by leading through others
