AVP/Vice President - HR Generalist/HRBP - FinTech (12-15 yrs)

Our client is a leading firm in tech space looking to hire AVP/VP - HR for its FinTech Business.

Job Description :

Your roles and responsibilities as AVP/VP -HR reporting into the CXO/Business Head will be as follows :

- Lead the entire integration of the business setup and partnering with the business and all stakeholders across functions to establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals.

- Overlook the entire gamut of HR functions for the business unit- hiring, engagement, stakeholder management etc.

- Set and manage Hire to retire performance and strategic direction, while ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day operations

- Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business unit, ensuring fairness and transparency

- Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units, including promotions & succession planning

- Manage Talent Acquisition for the business and meet all manpower requirements

As a successful candidate :

- You come with 12-15 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist/ HRBP from a technology, e-commerce or start-up background.


- You have a full-time MBA from a top-tier business school and come with strong HR experience.

- Candidates with NBFC & Fintech industry experience will be preferred

- You have people management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and are looking for an exciting career opportunity.
