AVP/Vice President - Coverage/Bonds - BFSI (7-12 yrs)

Bangalore/Chennai/Delhi NCR/Mumbai Job Code: 912973

- Run investor coverage for all primary and secondary opportunities for fundraising requirements via bonds

- Identify investors, originate fundraising process from various investors and onboard them

- Drive legal negotiation/documentation with funding counterparties alongside counsel

- Run the marketing process for individual deals on the platform and more holistically for the company from a capital market perspective by creating investor artifacts, engaging in webinars, investor events, etc

- Manage existing and potential investor relationships to increase activity on the platform

- Partner cross-functionally with our Product, Legal and Risk teams to design products specific to situations, understand Credit profile of clients to pitch bespoke deals to investors - close deals and optimize tactics as it relates to capital markets

- Expand sale propositions via onboarding investors for their portfolio management and risk analysis needs

Desired Skills and Experience :

Possess 5-8 years of business development, partnership management other relevant experience in financial services across debt capital markets / selling financial products or a strong sales experience in of FinTech products.

We are looking for candidates with expertise in dealing with large banks (public and private) and Mutual Funds as investors. Offshore fundraise experience will be an advantage. An MBA in finance or a CFA would be an advantage.

- Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, interpreting data and solving problems

- Has a strong context of building and managing business relationships - is comfortable across various levels of an organization (CXOs to analysts)

- Be the bridge between the investors and internal teams to drive the deal closures

- Demonstrate high level of analytical skills; judge situations and think on feet

- Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly

- Have demonstrated resilience - stayed with companies and taking businesses to scale, have definitely not - hopped jobs-

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Willing to travel
